SHIPPING & PAYMENT
a) Parcels are sent through Czech Post (Česká pošta) and then by local post services in buyer's country of origin.
b) Postage is determined by Czech post and subject to rules and regulations.
c) The cheapest delivery option is chosen at all times. Delivery prices vary for each country, so email will be sent for buyer to approve the amount of the postage first.
d) Our products and services are payable by wire bank transfer only (IBAN SK2483300000002800029791 (BIC/SWIFT FIOZSKBAXXX)). After placing your order, you will be
sent your unique code which is necessary for completion of the payment. After the payment confirmation (around 3-5 days), order will be shipped within 24 hours.
e) Your order is charged in Euros.
f) Postage is invoiced separately.
RETURNS
a) Complaints are subjected to local rules and regulations in Czech Republic.
b) Returns of STAMP PASSPORT are not possible. Every piece is checked manually and certified by a stamp. We take great care at checking our products and do not send
damaged STAMP PASSPORTS whatsoever. A spelling mistake is not a reason for return.
c) In the case of damaging the parcel/envelope through the shipping, the customer has to send some evidence such as photo, receipt or copy of damage report
of the parcel from the local post office and we will send the customer new STAMP PASSPORT.
Buyer is obliged to check the parcel upon delivery - in the event of parcel damage, please notify us on our mail info@stamp-passport.com immediately.
d) Parcel is insured when sending by Czech Post.
PERSONAL STATEMENT PROTECTION
a) Submitting your personal information is optional, by doing that you consent to gathering and processing your personal data and information about your orders
and your purchasing.
b) Your data are used for internal company use only and it is needed for customers' identification, future contact, returns etc. Your data are not provided to third parties
under any circumstances.
